Refund & Exchange Policy

Refund Policy:

Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the original card / account, within a period of 7-10 working days.

Exchange Policy:

  • We will not accept returns and refunds for customized products as it’s specially made for you. We would like you to read the description and specification while placing your orders.
  • In cases of our product having a defect or damage, Unboxing video is a must to claim a refund. We will not encourage refund claims without unboxing videos
  • Kindly send us an unboxing video and images of the defect to leegiftsandletters@gmail.com within a day of delivery
  • Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and inspect the case and get back to you with next steps, if this qualifies for a replacement.
