Delivery Policy:

• All gifts can be sent to you, directly to the shipping address as you mentioned.
• Estimated dispatch time is 2 to 7 working days and estimated shipping time is 2 to 5 working days across major metros
• Please ensure the correct delivery address with phone number in your order.
• We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery that results from incorrect addresses, or in case premises are locked.
• We work with various delivery partners and try our best to get it delivered on the date and time requested.
• However, in certain cases, there could be delays.

Covid 19 Delivery Policy:

• In case of delay in delivery of your gift due to the delivery pincode being in a COVID-19 containment zone (as updated by respective State/Central Government), we cannot assure when your order will be delivered. 
• In such cases, no refunds or order cancellation will be encouraged.
• Our range of e-Gifts(softcopies of digital arts) can be delivered on time while the COVID-19 pandemic lasts.
