Refund Policy:
Refunds are always made to the person who made the purchase, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the original payment method, within a period of 7-10 working days.
Exchange Policy:
- We will not accept returns and refunds for customized products as it’s specially made for you. We would like you to read the description and specification while placing your orders.
- In cases of our product having a defect or damage, Unboxing video is a must to claim a refund. We will not encourage refund claims without unboxing videos
- Kindly send us an unboxing video and images of the defect to leegiftsandletters@gmail.com within a day of delivery
- Our team will get back to you as soon as possible and inspect the case and get back to you with next steps, if this qualifies for a replacement.
- Do mention your order number in this email.

- If the address is incorrect or the recipient is not available we will not be able to deliver again as the items are unusable in future.
- If Exchange is accepted, the Replacement product will be delivered within 10 working days.
Cancellation by Lee Gifts:
- Sometimes we have to cancel an order for reasons beyond our control.
- We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to offer an alternative date or product. In cases where you would rather prefer a refund, we shall reimburse the entire amount paid for the product.
Cancellation by Customers:
- Refund of order cancellations from a customer’s end depends entirely on the nature of the product and the time of cancellation.
- Customized orders once placed cannot be cancelled, unless Lee Gifts & Letters is unable to fulfill the order in any way.
- However, you can contact our customer service to check the status of your order to cancel.

Once started the customized order at cause. In unavoidable condition, 50% of the product price can be refined.
